    Part Number: SN54HC04-DIE Tool/software: We have circuits that are failing at various times. We have 4 to 6 Inverter Logic Gates of this type placed in parallel (both Inputs & Outputs) Is this not a good practice to do ?

    Part Number: SN54HC04-SP Hi, we are using space grade part SN54HC04-SP. Is it OK to use this IC with negative logic. VCC = 0V GND = -5V input high level = 0V input low level = -5V Kindly suggest.

    Hi Jenny, As far as I know, TPSM846C24 module is not specifically manufactured to withstand radiation. You may find some SEE TI products here: e2e.ti.com/.../slyt532g.pdf
