    Part Number: SN54LS240-SP There is a Defense Supply requirement for a radiation hardened M38510/32401BRA. Does your space grade qualify for the same kind of rad-hard requirements as for a nuclear plant or a strategic bomber?

    Hi Jenny, As far as I know, TPSM846C24 module is not specifically manufactured to withstand radiation. You may find some SEE TI products here: e2e.ti.com/.../slyt532g.pdf
