    Hi Paul, We don't collect radiation data on our catalog parts. I recommend the SN54SC4T00-SEP. It's part of TI's new family of space parts meant for LEO missions. Radiation data is provided in Technical documentation in this page: www.ti.com/.../SN54SC4T00…
