Due to the characteristics of the transceiver, most of devices come with IBIS model which describes the IO behavior. However there is a PSPICE model for a similar device (SN65HVD1786, 1TX/1RX). You can find the model here .

Unfortunately I am not aware of any SPICE model developed for DS75176B. The closest available model would be for SN65HVD1786, which is also an RS-485-compliant transceiver:
