Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65HVD24 Hi,
when I use SN65HVD24 to act as a receiver,it has a pulse on R pin about 0.8us before the valid data. The next scope is 2400bps.when I use 9600bps, all valid data become zero level. Is the circuIt's schematics right…

Part Number: THVD1552 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65HVD24 Hi Team,
My customer is using MAXIM MAX3292, and THVD1552 is newest 485 devices, but I checked that THVD1552 don't have PEE/PSET pin, I'm wondering if you have more suitable devices? thanks…
Hi Max
Thank you for your reply.
I had forgotten that full-duplex transceiver is required.
SN65HVD24 can offer good performance, but it is half duplex device and it seems high class.
Let me close this thread relevant to TIDA.
Thank you for your cooperation…
Hi Raghu,
I think your analysis is a very good starting point. (I say "starting point" here because it is difficult to arrive at an answer to this sort of issue without some kind of testing as well.) I think you may be overestimating the loss, though…
Part Number: SN65HVD82 Customer asks for sample code for SN65HVD82.
I found http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00214?keyMatch=TIDA-00214&tisearch=Search-EN-Everything (RS-485 Bostterpack), based on SN65HVD24 .
Is this applicable for HVD82 or do we have something…
Awesome post, Figure 3 though doesn't really match the figure provided in SN65HVD24 datasheet. E.g. on Figure 3, for distance of 1000m, signaling rate is around 2Mbps. While in the datasheet, it shows below 1Mbps for 1000m. Thoughts?
Also, if Figure…
