Part Number: SN65HVD30 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN65HVD32 , Hi Team, Our customer would like to confirm if SN65HVD30 and SN65HVD32 can be interface to each other? They have two circuit cards. One with a 65HVD30 and one with 65HVDC32, so will the…
Part Number: SN65HVD30 Hi team,
The datasheet mentions that V_IT+ is -0.02V as max. Is this true?
V_IT- is -0.20V as min. Not sure why V_IT+ = -0.02V is much lower than -0.20V.

Part Number: SN65HVD30 Greetings,
I have a point to point use of RS485 with the SN65HVD30 transceiver on both ends of STM32F4 UART connection. There are no bus contentions, just the two nodes with the 1:1 connection. The symptoms are intermittent…

Hi Experts,
I'm having a hard-time looking for the current consumption from Vcc of the device sn65hvd30-ep.
The only instant "Icc" I could see from D/S is at page, showing 2.1mA (max) supply current of this type; and this…
Tess,
I have rarely seen people put transformer on the bus. If you want isolation, you may want to consider isolated RS-485 transceivers.

Or you could apply discrete components at the digital pins, like mentioned in…
Part Number: SN65HVD30-EP Hello,
We have a customer having a concern as below:
We are using this part SN65HVD30MDREP on two boards and connected them in full duplex mode but we are not getting proper data, we are receiving some junk values, attached…
Abhishek,
The schematic looks good. The termination resistance should match the cable impedance in your system, which could vary from 80Ohm to 150Ohm. If you wanted to add TVS diodes, SM712 is a common choice.

Part Number: SN65HVD30 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI Hi team,
I am looking for TINA-TI or SPICE models for the SN65HVD30. When I go to the product page and the Design & Dev tab, the TINA link directs me to the TINA program download.
Let…
Part Number: SN65HVD30-EP Hello Guys,
Good day.
On page 12, figure 7 of SN65HVD3x's data sheet, the output current values on the y-axis seem to be missing a 0, as the electrical specs for the High-Level Output Current doesn't seem to correspond with…
