What is the best way to put the unused devices in low power mode?

Part Number: SN65LVDS179 We're looking for the Transceivers for UART communication with 125degree ambient temp.
Looks EP version is ok, but customer can't afford it. Is there other similar device you can recommend?

The product page of SN65LVDS179 shows that we have an IBIS model for this device, however, we don't have a Spice model. Our customer would like to know if we have a .sp or .lib files.
