i think Vid -0.4V/+0.4V and Vcm 0.468V are both compatible with spec requirement
A/B pin are terminated with an external 100Ohm.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion and link. could you help have a look the circuit as the picture showing, use SN65LVDS1, SN65LVDS2 as differential receiver and driver, ISO7741DW as digital isolator, will it work?
