Our customer use the SN65LVDS314, consider the EMI noise.
For reduce the EMI noise, the customer add an external termination resistor at LVDS input pin
to lower the voltage of input signal.
Does this idea have any problem…

My bad, the 322 is a typo. And the parity is Odd, please see the parity error detection and handling extracted from the receiver (SN65LVDS314 datasheet, page 10).
