Hi TIer
Could you help me find a good next gen. replacement?
We use SN74ABT125 as buffer with UART signal (115200…
Part Number: SN74ABT125 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPL7407LA Hi team, Could you tell me how much the maximum output current is per channel? Are the datasheet values per channel? Sincerely. Kengo.
Part Number: SN74ABT125 Hi team, Our customer is looking for thermal information for SN74ABT125D (SOIC package) The only available information is for θJA. Please let me know the available Thermal information especially for the θJC and θJB …
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74ABT125 Can the parts of SN74ABT125 be connected in parallel to increase the current sinking capabilities? Is there any special handling requirements for the part? Are there any recommended parts to in conjunction to increase…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74ABT125 Referring to the ICC spec in electrical characteristics of SN74ABT125.
ICC is 250µA(max) when output is High and 30mA(max) when the output is Low. Why this 30mA is needed when output is sinking? What I think…
74xx125 is four buffers with active-low enables, 74xx126, active-high.
The SN74ABT125 can sink up to 64 mA. Its output high voltage is TTL compatible, i.e., 3.4 V or less.
You get identical characteristics by staying in the ABT family. There is no four-channel device with a single OE , but you can use the SN74ABT125 and route the same signal to all four OE s (this is no problem with high-impedance CMOS inputs).
The only alternative…
Part Number: SN74ABT125Q-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74ABT125 In of our applications we are using the device SN74ABT125 for HFBR-1414Z LED sink operation.
1) The O/P Pin of the device is connected to the Cathode of HFBR-1414Z to the sink the…
