The SN74LVC8T245 pinout is compatible with single-supply transceivers like the SN74AHCT245/SN74ACT245. (Please note that the pinout shown is wrong; pin 23 also is V CCB , and is the only supply for the plain transceiver.)

SN74ACT244 and SN74ACT245 have IBIS models. They are both Octal bus transcievers with 3-state outputs. Can you see if this model is suitable for your simulations?
