  Part Number: SN74ACT8990 Hi, I need to do t est Boundary Scan test operation mode of SN74ACT8990 Test Bus Controller. Is it possible or not? . If it is possible means how to set the vectors for Bypass, Extest, Sample/Preload operations. Thanks, vinoth.
