Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AHCT14 Hi,
I have 2 questions about SN74AHCT14/AHCT family.
(1) Is it possible to input 5.5V when Vcc is power down(Vcc=0V)?
(2) Do AHCT families have 5V tolerant input?
I think AHC/AHCT have the function, but there…
The SN74HCS14 does not exist in the N package.
CD4000 devices are optimized for much higher voltages.
The SN74AHC14 also is out of stock. The SN74AC14 and CD74AC14 are available, but have much higher drive strength (their fast edges could lead to more…
Why? If you need to handle TTL signals, you can use CMOS devices with TTL-compatible inputs.
TTL:
SN74LS14, SN7414 SN74ALS04B, SN74LS04, SN7404 SN74ALS32, SN74LS32, SN7432 SN74ALS08, SN74LS08 SN74ALS165, SN74LS165A
TTL compatible:
SN74AHCT14, SN74HCT14 SN74AHCT04…
Part Number: SN54AHCT14 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models Hi team,
Can we supply an IBIS model for the SN54AHCT14? I notice we only have one available for the SN74AHCT14 .
Your observations imply that 5 V should work in practice. Probably. The absolute maximum rating shows that there will be no permanent damage.
If I had to guess, I could imagine that switching all outputs at the same time would result in too much noise…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AHCT14 , SN54HC138 Dear Sir/Madam,
I will like to find out the process technologies and ESD rating for the following parts:
1)SN74HC138D
2) SN74HC251D
3) SN74AHCT14MPWREP
Thanks
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AHCT14 Are the VCC and GND voltage values absolute or can they be viewed as relative? I have a customer who wants to drive the GND pin on a SN74AHCT14 with -5V and the VCC pin with 0V. The logic input is either -5V…
