    AHCT devices support up to 170 Mbps. If you need just a buffer (and not an AND gate), consider the SN74AHCT125 (or SN74LV125AT for higher drive strength). If you need fewer channels, consider the SN74AHCT1G08 or SN74AHCT1G125.
