I am Andy Robles working as application engineer for High Power Drivers. We have a customer using the SN74AHCT244-Q1 as a buffer to convert…
Part Number: SN74AHCT244-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74HCS14-Q1 , SN74LV8151 Hello,
We require the part having all features as this buffer - SN74AHCT244QPWRQ1.
One extra feature need is it should have Schmitt trigger inputs.
Specifications required…
Part Number: SN74AHCT244Q Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AHCT244 , SN74AHCT244-Q1 What is the difference in performance between the SN74AHCT244 and the SN74AHCT244Q? When I checked the datasheet, SN74AHCT244Q says "Q devices meet automatic performance…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AHCT244-Q1 Team,
My customer has one quick question about SN74AHCT244-Q1.
Could you double-check the output current of this device? datasheet says it's 25mA.
Regards,
Ian Lee
HC(S) family devices have clamping diodes to V CC and can be accidentally powered through them. You should use a logic family with overvoltage-tolerant inputs like AHC, LV-A, or LVC.
Please note that 3.3 V signals are not compatible with plain CMOS inputs…
Part Number: SN74HCS244-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN7404 , SN74LVC8T245 , SN74AHCT541 , SN74AHCT244 Hi,
In a board that I'm designing, I need to "convert" a 3.3V digital signal into a 5V digital signal. So, I think what I need is a non-buffer that…
Hi Wu,
I will try to answer each question above:
Could you Suggest AHCT244 series temperature which one could achieve 125 degree?
There is an SN74AHCT244-Q1 (automotive grade) that is rated to 125C.
There is also a CD74HCT244 that is rated to 125C.
