AUC will be the fastest logic. The rise time will depend on the load and VCC. With a light load 5pf or so the rise and fall times should be around 1/2 ns. Its max Vcc is 2.7V. SN74AUC1G32 SN74AUC32 SN74AUC1G08 SN74AUC08
