    Answer Suggested
Part Number: SN74AUP1G98 Tool/software: In the LVC Designers Guide, it states "A characteristic of all CMOS input structures is that any unused inputs should not be left floating; they should be tied high to VCC or low to GND via a resistor. The value…

  • RE: SN74AUP1G74: SN74AUP1G74 starting condition (with CLK ramping up to VCC during power up, and PRE tied to GND)

Whatever happens on CLK does not matter for initialization, because the initial state is unknown to begin with . You always need a low pulse on PRE . During power up, there is no initialization time; after the supply has reached the minimum allowed…

Hi Keiichi san , Typical values at room temp can vary from 0.1uA and 0.9uA for 1.95V to 2.7V Vcc . I would suggest sn74AUP1G98 which will be lower power for coin cell applications .

If you connect the same signal to both inputs of an XNOR gate, the output is constant low. (To get the NOT function, tie one input of the XNOR gate to GND, or use a NOR gate.) In general, there is no electrical problem when you connect the same signal…

VT- max and VT+ min can over lap. The Hysteresis is still guarranteed. If the VT-max is on the upper end then the VT plus will be at least the VT- plus the hysteresis min. The important values are VT-min and VT+ max. These are your Vil and Hih levels…

Hi Eknath , Schmitt trigger devices are recommended for slow rising inputs and SN74AUP1G14 is Schmitt trigger as well. It should be suitable for inputs from RC network circuits .The only thing to watch out for ,since there is slow rising inputs is the…
