    Please refer to the app note: I think the curves shown here looks good to me as they are < 10ns/V. The SN74AUP2G07 as suggested may be another option for 3.3V usage but I wont be suggested with a 5V pullup.

    I guess you want open-drain outputs? Use the SN74LVC2G07. (The SN74AUP2G07 has a lower drive strength.) The smallest buffer with at least four outputs would be the SN74LVC07A, which actually has six; you might want to use 2× SN74LVC2G07 instead.
