Hi Jim,
In addition to Clemens' feedback, the other closest options I see for dual supply around 4ns would be for SN74AVC2T244 and SN74AVC4T234, thanks.

Michael.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AVC4T234 Hello,
I would like to clarify some doubts with SN74AVCT4T234
- If VrefA=2.5V and VrefB=1.8V, is it possible to input a signal with 3.3-logic to convert it to a 1.8-logic signal?
- Just to make sure I am not…
That description was copied from the TXU0204/TXU0304. The TXU0104 has four channels from A to B, and zero channels from B to A.
OE can be pulled to V CCA or V CCB or any higher voltage.
This device can replace the SN74AVC4T234.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AVC4T234 Can a device whose max drive strength is 0.1mA drive SN74AVC4T234 inputs?
If not are there any translators I can use to level shift such signals from 1.8 to 3.3V?
Hey JDJ,
For the smallest size, I came up with the combination of the SN74AVC4T234 (ZWA package) and SN74AUP1T34 (DSF package). There won't be an exact 5 channel device and you will likely have a smaller solution size using a 4 ch + 1 ch rather than…

If LSF0204 no Verf_A power, Then Verf_B=3.3V have Leakage current on Vref_A.
Is this normal? Why is Leakage there?
