    okay, for the SN74AVC4T234, just to clarify, if I make VCCB = 1.0 volts (instead of 1.1 volts) and VCCA = 3.3 volts. The 3.9/3.1 nS propagation time does not apply and instead of the device being 1 or 2 ns slower, the timing is undefined because nobody…
