We are using SN74AXC4T774PWR Voltage Level Translator for SPI in our design, Here we are not able to translate the data from 3.3V to 1.8V and Vice versa.
On VCCB Side we are unable to detect the 1.8V Logic on data lines…

Will the SN74AXC4T774BQBR be damaged if i will work at the next scenario:
1)VCCB = 3.3V
2)VCCA = 1.8V
3)OE pin connected to GND through 10kOhm resistor.
For 5V, the SN74AXC4T774 will not work because it can only support up to 3.6V.
The other question would be how many signals do you have an what is their directionality?
