Part Number: SN74CB3T3257 I understand the CB3T family can do 5V to 3.3V level shifter as well as 2:1 mux.
But when we up drive 3.3V to 5V, do we just add pullup on the 5V side?
B1 -3.3V input
B2 - 5V input
A - 5V output <= Need pullup?
Thanks,
K…

Part Number: SN74CB3T3257 Is SN74CB3T3257PWR a fully bi-directional switch?
Is the switch electrical behavior identical on both directions, A ports to B ports and B ports to A ports?
I am asking this because I performed the following test:
I placed 3V…
Part Number: SN74CB3T3257 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AVC8T245 , SN74CB3Q3257 The SN74CB3T3257 can translate from 3.3V to 2.5V is there a multiplexer with similar delay propagation (under 1ns max) that can translate from 2.5V to 3.3V???
Part Number: SN74CB3T3257 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS3A5018 , CD40109B I would like to find a 4-BIT 1-OF-2 FET MULT/DEMUL, like as SN74CB3T3257, to support output voltage translation tracks VCC and the VCC can up to 5.5V or more. Customer hop to…
Part Number: SN74CB3T3257 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS3A24157 , SN74AVC1T45 Hi,
We are using SN74CB3T3257PWR device. This is powered by 3.3V but the IOs we are providing is at 1.8V logic. Please share confirmation that this device supports 1.8V IO…
Hi there,
The datasheet specifies the Ron value for 2.3V VCC and 3V VCC with the Vi set to 0V. It doesn't show what the Ron would be with Vi at various values such as 1.7V or 2.4V. Unlike the CB3Q which have a pretty flat Ron response, the CB3T is…
Hi John,
So the SN3257-Q1 does not have any capability to level shift the inputs at all and is just a passive 2:1x4 channel switch (inputs ~= outputs). Unfortunately, we do not have any automotive qualified level shifting multiplexers available at the…
