Part Number: SN74CB3T3384 Hello,
For CBTD3384PW teh recommended cross is SN74CB3T3384PWR. However, while the inputs are 5V tolerant Vcc is recommended to 3.3V supply. CBTD3384PW supports 5V Vcc.
Would it be okay to use SN74CB3T3384PWR in a 5V Vcc…
Part Number: SN74CB3T3384 Hi team, Could you tell me about the example board layout and stencil design for SN74CB3T3384DBQR / DBQ PKG(SSOP/24pin)? Sincerely. Kengo.
Hi Y.Ottey,
Thank you for using TI's Digital Bus Switch Selection Guide . Based on the system requirements that you have provided, SN74CB3T3384 is a good choice for a 10-channel level shifter with a bandwidth of up to 100MHz.
Feel free to reach out…

Hi Team,
I wondering OE threshold is follow VIH also, right?. does anyone can help to check it for me? Thanks.
BR,
Mark Chen.
Part Number: SN74CB3T3384 Internal block diagram of SN74CB3T3384 uses a symbol “VT”.
But there is no definition of “VT” in other descriptions. What is meaning of VT ?
Remya,
I understood that the out put is clamped to 3V device, but please let me know the tolerance of the signal output level (3V+/- ) so that i can check that this voltage level will not damage the 3V device input pin.
I'm not sure of the tolerance…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74CB3T3384 Hello,
I need some advise concernig the SN74CB3T3384 and its behavior at different Vcc levels. All facts are taken from datasheet sn74cb3t3384.pdf On page 2 Note A says:
"If the input high voltage (VIH…
Thes part are for very low frequency. If you are running faster than 1Mhz you should use either
SN74CB3T3384 wich would require 3.3V Vcc
or
SN74CBT3384A - SN74CBT3384C with an external diode in series with Vcc. This would be the same type part as…
Hi Zan
The CBTLV will not work. it will not translate.
SN74CB3T3383 SN74CB3T3384
These will translate down to Vcc and accept 3.3V inputs. Set VCC to 2.5V and your inputs can be 3.3V
