    Hi All I used FLUKE 187 multimeter measure the ICC is 1mA, compare the datasheet 40uA is differences Test condition VCC=/1CLR=/2CLR=5V /1PRE=/2PRE=GND=0V How do I measure max ICC below 40uA?

    I looked at some other parts and the typical minimum pulse width is is about 3ns. That would probably be for any pin. I think 500ps pulse width would probably not be reliable. Yes this part is synchronous. Here is a part that is not but you will still…
