We are using SN74HC138PWR and SN74HC139PWR decoders in our circuit supplied by VCC=3.3V. In the datasheet, I am not able to find the IO Level for VCC=3.3V.
Can you please let us know the High and Low IO Level for VCC 3.3V?

There is no P2P device.
A digital demultiplexer like the SN74HC139 drives the selected output low and the other three outputs high.
If the unselected outputs must be Hi-Z, then you could use a three-state buffer like the SN74AHC125.
