Part Number: SN74HCS05 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LV05A Hi,
My customer has two questions. Could you please support us?
Could you please let us know the typical value of Input capacitance on SN74HCS05PWR ?

Part Number: SN74HCS05-Q1 Hello, sn74hcs05qpwrq1, can you provide us with fmeda documents or evaluation documents related to failure mode and failure rate
谢谢!
thank you!
There is no such device.
The combination of Schmitt-trigger inputs and open-drain outputs exists only for inverters, e.g., SN74LVC1G16, SN74HCS05.
If you cannot change the polarity of the signals, then you have to combine a Schmitt-trigger buffer (e.g…
Hi Elec,
TI doesn't sell BJTs, if you are trying to use a buffers/inverters to create an OR gate I suggest the circuit below:
I recommend the SN74LVC06A-Q1 or SN74HCS05-Q1 for the open drain inverters and SN74LVC1G04-Q1 for the inverter.

Hi Dorian,
Thank you for your reply.
The customer is considering SN74HCS05 instead of FET. They concerned about drive current.
In this case, constant current is 100uAmax and 700uA in 7 INHs.
On the other hand, SN74HCS05 has +/-35mA that is enough to drive…
