  Part Number: SN74HCS273-Q1 hello, i can only download IBIS of SN74HCS273-Q1 from TI, i want to simulate it in Pspice for TI. how to do? how to change it to lib?

  Hi, This device does not have Schmitt trigger inputs, so it is not rated for slow inputs such as are caused by an RC on the device inputs. I recommend switching to the SN74HCS273-Q1 , which is protected against slow inputs.
