    Part Number: SN74HCS4075 Hi, The output of the OR gate,SN74HCS4075PWR, on pin 9 is supposed to be high, 3.3V when one of 2A, 2B, 2C is high, 3.3V. However when I measured it, it is only 2.36V. Then I disconnect it with the m ultivibrator , SN74LV123ADR,…

    The rising edges indeed are much too slow. (See [FAQ] How does a slow or floating input affect a CMOS device? ) You need to use gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs, e.g., SN74HCS11/SN74HCS4075.

  • RE: 4input Orgate || AEC qualified

    Clemens Ladisch
    There is no such automotive-qualified device. You have to combine multiple OR gates; 3× 3 inputs (SN74HCS4075-Q1), or 4× 2 inputs (SN74LVC32A-Q1, SN74HCS32-Q1, SN74AHC32Q-Q1, SN74LV32A-Q1).

  • [FAQ] What are the performance specifications of the HCS logic family at 3.3V operation?

    Emrys Maier
    Emrys Maier
    FAQ: Logic and Voltage Translation > Input Parameters >> Current FAQ This question comes up fairly often because the HCS logic family is specified only at 2V, 4.5V, and 6V. The following min / max values are interpolated from the datasheet tables…
