I have a question for you concerning the datasheet. In section 6.5 Electrical Characteristics does II refer to the maximum current that can be applied to the input pin or is it the maximum input leakage current?

Just wanted to confirm that ICCL is the current into a supply terminal when all outputs are at low level.
So that I can consider worst case supply current as 45mA
