    Thanks, but the SN74LS292 is out of my budget. This SN74LS292 costs $14. One SN74LVC1G123 costs $0,15.

    Hi Ken, Apart from using the D flipflops, you can also look into using the SN74LS292/4 programmable freq dividers and timers.

    Hi Reza , I looked into the compare tab on the same product page of SN74284 for all the multipliers and timers portfolio we offer and I have it here .CD4521 is a an option you can consider . SN74LS292 /294 can also be looked into .
