    Hi Ray, The SN74LV14A-EP can be used as a replacement just keep in mind it is not automotive qualified. If your customer needs the automotive qualfication than I would suggest the SN74LV04A-Q1 or SN74LV14A-Q1 . Regards, Sebastian

    The HCT04 will work at 3.3V however none of the limits will be guarranteed. The SN74LV04A would be a better choice.
