For unidirectional signals, use a unidirection translator like the TXU0104.
For translation from 3.3 V to 5 V, you can also use a buffer with TTL-compatible inputs, e.g., SN74AHCT244/SN74LV244AT/SN74AHCT541/SN74LV541AT.
