SN74LV273A there is no model of ZQN package to IBIS Model. It will request the IBIS Model of ZQN (BGA).

I can confirm that is the case. I'll put in our queue to get fixed. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Are you wanting BJT circuitry? This device is older and a newer device like the SN74LV273A should give you better performance.
