Part Number: SN74LVC1G38 Hi,
Can you share the values of θj-c / Ψjt & Maximum Allowable Junction Temperature for SN74LVC1G38DBVR.This data is not available in the datasheet.
Thanks,
Vinothika

Sorry to bother you.
We would like confirm if no VCC, what is the SN74LVC1G38 output state??
Because we have use SN74LVC1G00, Looks the…
Part Number: SN74LVC2G38 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G38 Hi,
I would like to use the SN74LVC2G38 as a level shifter. The voltage supply is 1.8V and the output should pull down a 3.3V load to GND. I think this does not work becuase the output…
It's not ideal, but the SN74LVC1G38 would most likely work for you if the inputs are above 3.5V. The official VIH value in the datasheet is 0.7*Vcc, so if your supply fluctuates up by 10% to 5.5V then your VIH value becomes 3.85V. The actual switching…
Part Number: SN74LVC2G32-Q1 Hi all,
Can you tell me if the FIT rate shown in the thread below (0.5 FIT or 0.5 failure per 10^9 hours per device) is applicable to SN74LVC2G32-Q1? https://e2e.ti.com/support/logic/f/logic-forum/803625/sn74lvc1g38-fit-rate…
This part actually has an IoH spec of .25 ma. That is how much it could leak on the output if the output is high impedance.
The custoemr might consider using a more modern part for less leakage like the SN74LVC1G38 .
