Part Number: SN74LVC2G14 Hi Team,
I need clarification on below parameters of the SN74LVC2G14
1. What is the Maximum Output drive capability at Vcc=5V per channel? (I can see in the datasheet @Vcc=3.3V, Max Io=24mA)
2. What is the maximum supply current…
Part Number: SN74LVC2G14 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1GX04 Hi team,
I plan to use the SN74LVC2G14 as start-up circuit of 32.768KHz crystal. Could you please help confirm whether the bandwidth of SN74LVC2G14 is enough? Thank you!

Part Number: SN74LVC2G14 Hi,
In the official website of Texas PSpice model is available with extension .cir I converted that file as a extension .lib then through PSPICE model editor I converted .lib file to .olb so I can use that file for ORCAD PSPICE…
Part Number: SN74LVC2G14 Hi, please give me some guidance on this device.
1. what is the peak current when Vcc=5V?
2. can i use it as gate driver to drive GaN fets?
Regards,
Shengnan
Part Number: SN74LVC2G14-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC2G14 Hi team, It is an Auto-motive grade, but why is the datasheet at 85 °C?
SN74LVC2G14(Non-Q1) is a 125 ° C guarantee. Sincerely. Kengo.
Part Number: SN74LVC2G14 hi,
We only used the channel group of 1A/1Y on Dual Schmitt-Trigger Inverter . As DS requires that unused PIN is not recommended to be suspended, I briefly read the report and only said that it would affect the level abnormality…
Blake,
We don't have any specific device recommendations to construct the logic, but you could use a two-channel inverter (SN74LVC2G14) and a two-channel AND (SN74LVC2G08) to gate the clock.

Part Number: SN74LVC2G14 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27517 Hello,
We have a customer asking how to find maximum pulse current he can drive SN74LVC2G14? Vcc=5V; pulsed current time is around 100ns He would like to drive a MOSFET gate with a frequency…
Part Number: SN74LVC2G14 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LV1T04 , SN74AHCT1G04 Hi team,
My customer is using SN74LVC2G14. The device is powered by 5V and the input signal is from a MCU whose I/O voltage is 3.3V/0V. But we noticed in below datasheet…
Part Number: SN74LVC2G14 Hi,
On input/output pin of LVC family, Does TI have the application note of describing internal parasitic diode?
Please advise me.
Thanks and best regards, M.HATTORI.
