    Hi Tarrin, You're correct, the CD74HC03 does not have an output clamp diode. As for the SN74LVC2G38, please see Clemens' reply. Thanks! Chad Crosby

    Here are a couple of 4 bit options each having an enable pin. SN74LVC125A SN74LV125A You also might want to look at using a couple of these. SN74LVC2G38 These are 5V tolerant on the inputs and will translate down to Vcc. Can I know the company…
