Part Number: SN74LVCH16T245 1. In the "Recommended Operating Conditions" sections it shows that the range of Vcca and Vccb is 1.65-5.5V but the subsequent specs show ranges, 1.65-1.95V, 2.3-2.7V, 3-3.6V, 4.5-5.5V, which covers most common voltage supply…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVCH16T245 , SN74LVC16T245 We intend to use the SN74LVCH16T245 for test equipment purpose to interface 5V and 3.3V system. Furthermore we need to be able to tristate the outputs (on the 3.3V side).
For some reason though…
Part Number: SN74LVCH16T245-EP Hello,
When we are simulating with SN74LVCH16T245-EP transceiver, and running for 100 MHz frequency, the result across 1K load with 1inch trace is as shown below,
Peak-to-Peak Voltage: 1.59 V
Max peak: 1.51 V
Min peak…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVCH16T245 Hello,
Our customer is using the SN74LVCH16T245 for 3.3V to 5.0V translation. I/Os to the device are pulled up to 5.0V. They are seeing voltage on some of the I/Os drop from 5.0V to 1.1V.
I/Os that are pulled…
Part Number: SN74LVCH16T245 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO7640FM Hi,
I'm developing with SN74LVCH16T245 right now, to transfer 3.3V from/into 5V in my design, but I found the signals are interfered by the following circuits, so I want to replace…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVCH16T245-EP What is the maximum acceptable Junction Temperature, Junction-to-Case Thermal Resistance (theta - JC) and
Junction-to-Ambient Thermal Resistance (theta - JA) for the device SN74LVCH16T245-EP ?

i am using SN74LVCH16T245 to translate 2V5(from FPGA-EVB) to 1V8(connect to our board), total 16bits used. i am not sure this component can support up to 130Mbps.(spec said it could)
I read the SN74LVCH16T245…
rainbow,
Sorry for the delayed response.
For proper operation of the SN74LVCH16T245, /OE must be set to a valid Logic High or valid Logic Low at all times during device operation (as shown in the table below). It should never be left floating.
Best Regards…
