    Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVCH245A Pin assignments for BGA pkg ZXY is not shown in the SN74LVCH245A datasheet. The ZQN pkg is shown, but it is a A1>E4 BGA, where the ZXY is A1>D5 BGA, so these do not match. Please provide pin-out assignments…

    Hi Jean, We don't have an IBIS model for the SN54LVCH245A. The SN74LVCH245A has an IBIS model you can use ( Same exact device just the commercial version , input/output behavior will be the same ). However it won't have data for the same temperature…

    Hi Prasanna , You can consider buffered transceivers in the portfolio . SN74LVCH245A can also work with the 24mA drive in it . They are octal bus hold transceivers.
