Only large bus driver have bus-hold inputs.
At 3.3 V, there is the SN74LVTH240/SN74LVTH540 (without Schmitt-trigger inputs). In general, you can put bus-hold buffers or transceivers in front of your gates.
The SN74LVT543 was released with the Bus Hold feature.
