Part Number: SN74LXC1T14-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV3201 , LMV7219 , TLV3501 I need an accurate 16MHz 5V square wave clock source as a frequency reference.
Right now I'm currently looking at SN74LXC1T14-Q1 to translate the TCXO output from…
Part Number: SN74LXC1T14 I am somewhat confused by a detail in the datasheet:
According to the functional block diagram in chap. 8.2 the hysteresis function appears to be fully in the Vcci-domain.
In the figures 6.5 and 6.6 the current is given as Icc…
Part Number: SN74LXC1T14 Hi,
Does TI have a solution to translate a GPIO signal from 1.8V to 28V? If not, how could this be implemented?
Thank you in advance.
Part Number: SN74LXC1T14 Dear Sirs,
Please help with the questions below.
Thanks.
1. May I know what the value it is?
2. If Vcc is 3.3V, and Vi is less than 2.7V(3.3V-0.6V), the current will be 50~75uA, and if Vi is more than 2.7V, the current will…

Dear Team,
Do we have any solution can meet the spec as below? thanks.
Push-pull architecture
1.8V level shift to 3.3V
Output current 1mA and keep 3.3V output voltage
Footprint QFN3.5x3…
There is a 100 mA limit for the entire chip.
You need to use LVC or LXC devices, and they must be small enough that you do not exceed the 100 mA limit. Use the SN74LVC3G07 when switching to ground, or SN74LVC2T45/SN74LXC1T14 when switching to VCC.
