  Hi Puspam, Does DS3668 or SN75437A work? There aren't any 4-channel parts that have directly the same setup as the ULN parts. There's also ULN2003A which has 7 channels. Thanks, Patrick

  Hi Thanh, Welcome to e2e! DS3668 has overcurrent shutoff while DS3658 does not. Please see SN75437A as a pin-to-pin alternative to DS3658. Thanks, Patrick
