Hi Team,
buck converter without sync mosfet (conventional buck converter) any application note or any schematic avalible for high side floted mosfet driving perpose.
Part Number: SYNC-BUCK-FET-LOSS-CALC Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19502Q5B Please advise how to add alternative MOSFET devices (would like to add the CSD19502Q5B for instance - it does not appear in the drop-down menu)
I only see about 20 available…
Part Number: TPS543C20A Hello,
In our design, we use one TPS543C20A and two TP S543B20 to generate three power rails from 12V.
In order to avoid too much current demand on the 12V, we apply on each converter a external signal on the sync pin (each signal…
Part Number: UCD3138
I first created a DPWM module with a period value of 2.5us and set it to the normal closed-loop mode. After I used Front end2 as the Ramp source of my DPWM module, I enabled the SyncFET Ramp operation of the DPWM module. I find…
Part Number: LM5145DESIGN-CALC Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5145 Hello team,
I have a question about LM5145 design calculator.
MOSFET loss curve doesn't change when I change Qrr value of Low side FET. Only efficiency curve is changing by the parameter…
Part Number: LMG1020 Hi,
In LMG1020 datasheet, it specifies for low-side fet for synchronous buck, it is ok to use for high side, with isolated power supply?
Regards,
Shengnan
you can try 3.30 first. If it works for you with these specific fixes then you can just use it.
I expect much more fixes (and couple of new features) in the latest code so cherry picking will be harder.
Note that when you moving to a newer SDK - you also…
Part Number: CC3235SF Hi TI engineer
In my CC3235SF device, there have a fatal error :FATAL ERROR: Sync loss detected ,And MAP_PRCMMCUReset(1) can't reset device.
What should i do to restart system? And what cause this problem?
Part Number: LM25149 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18540Q5B , LM5149 , , LM5149-Q1EVM-400 , LM5148 I'm working a design with the LM25149 with Vin = 36V (nom) Vout = 12V @ 15A max load.
Webench generates a design at Fsw = 250 kHz using CSD18540Q5B…
Part Number: LM5148 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5116 I have a design where I intend to switch from the LM5116 buck controller to the LM5148. However, the LM5148 only delivers 5 V (nominal) to the FET gates. At that voltage, most power FETs are…
