Part Number: TAS5731 Hi, I cannot find the info in the datasheet. Can you confirm that for the TAS5731 in QFP package the Power pad must be connected to the ground plane? Could you tell me recommended connection method? Best Regards, Yusuke/Japan Disty
Part Number: TAS5731 Dear All,
We are considering TAS5731 audio amplifier as 2.1ch one chip solution.
That conditions are SE(15W@4ohm, THD10%) x2 and BTL(30W@4ohm, THD10%).
Is there any problem?
If that is no problem, we'd like to get the output power…

Searching on 98A7, 98A7JDJ, etc, yields no results.
Likely made around 2007 or so.
Any ideas?
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5731 HI team,
My customer use TAS5731 PBTL mode, In our datasheet, Register 0x25 should be set to 0x0110 3245
but in our EVM there is no output using this configuration ,if modified to 0x10 00 2245 ,PBTL mode works well…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5731 We are using a TAS5731 in PBTL mode, with a design based on the reference design on page 20 of the TAS5731 EVM Evaluation Module User’s Guide. We observe a large power draw even when not playing any audio…
We have a 2.0 audio system. We are trying to use the bass channel 3 for low frequency bass boost in both channels so that we can use the separate DRC on this channel and not compress all audio when extra bass is used. As suggested by Diego, we have tried…
