Depends on the software and configuration for echo cancellation. Then multiply the mem requirements (accounting for alignment) by 24-channels.
Perhaps you can look at a existing software for one channel echo cancellation to estimate the mem requirements…

Please check out the Voice library for C55x available here: http://www.ti.com/tool/telecomlib . You might be able to use one of the voice codecs from this library. Currently, we do not have support for Speec on C55x.
