    Hi Gokhan, Pls remove the TVS and increase Vin to 70V to see if circuit operating stably. Pls download TI reference design: TIDA-01429 which Passes ISO 11452-4 Bulk Current Injection. you can copy the input L/C filter design to your board. B R Andy
