  • RE: CC2530: CC2530 interface with Host microcontroller

    Ryan Brown1
    Ryan Brown1
Hello sanjay, You will need to access the UART peripheral RX/TX pins used to communicate with a host, which are further detailed in the guides YK provided. You can begin evaluation by establishing a connection to the ZNP using Z-Tool. There are similar…

Hi Robert, You could use a Packet Sniffer to confirm that the network is still operation, or a micro USB connection to a host PC with the LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1 XDS110 to further test the ZNP software stability. This would confirm that the issue remains…

  • RE: CC2652P: A better way for Gateway/Coordinator to detect a New-Device joining.

Thanks for clarifying. The host application layer is not notified when Z-Stack ZNP sends the NWK key to joining devices. You could modify the ZNP firmware accordingly for a custom message to be interpreted by the host application. Regards, Ryan

You would need to rebuild the ZNP project to enable these settings. You can consult the Zigbee2MQTT forum and/or develop your own host application solution. The APIs do not change over-the-air packet structure, simply initialize the SimpleLink OSAL UTC…

You could try increasing the expirytime.tv_sec timeout from <gateway install>/source/Projects/zstack/linux/srvwrapper/api_client.c to compensate for any unexpected delays from the ZNP. Matt Kenyon said: The zed_ota_client example works most of the time…
