Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMDSCNCD28069 , CONTROLSUITE , DRV8301 Hi, I am using the Inverter DRV8301-HC-EVM Rev D together with the control card TMDSCNCD28069. I am using InstaSPIN-FOC for sensorless FOC. I am aware of the fact that sinusoidal…

Unfortunately the team who did this TID used a tool that was already obsolete... It will not be straight forward, but a LAUNCHXL-F28069M or TMDSCNCD28069 / TMDSCNCD28069ISO would be the appropriate tool to try to use.

Hi Jake, Which F2806x ControlCard are you using? Is it the TMDSCNCD28069 or TMDSCNCD28069MISO? What are the states of Switch 1? i.e. which boot mode is being used? Jake Howard said: I am able to see the flash sections being deleted in the memory browser…

Hildo, I recognize the potential problem you are talking about. To my knowledge there are no other manufacturers for this component. Below you can see the TE connector on the left and the Molex connector on the right. The slot which holds the board…

Ahmed, I recommend looking at both the LAUNCHXL-F28069M, TMDSCNCD28069, and TMDSCNCD28069ISO. These are pretty solid references for the MCU requirements. I hope you have compared against the datasheet requirements as well. Generally here are a few…

Hi, There are three versions of F2806x controlCARD - two have an isolated emulator on board (TMDSCNCD28069ISO, TMDSCNCD28069MISO) and one the assumes emulation comes from the baseboard (TMDSCNCD28069). We try to keep up to date with Resource Explorer…

Dear Anthony, I still couldn't figure out what I should do to communicate between PC and F28035 by using FT2232's second channel. The result of my program is: PC can receive character from F28035, but F28035 cannot receive character from PC. (I…

Hi, Eric Many thanks for such great job. The TI-RTOS workshop is really helpful and comprehensive. In terms of MCU, unfortunately I have only that core right now but I am going to buy TMDSCNCD28069 to learn TI-RTOS and use it in future applications…

Hi Bret, The price of having an isolated emulator on the controlCARD is that it forces the process you've described in (1). And blocks the ability to do (2). The device itself will allow both (1) and (2). The isolation chips, used on controlCARDs that…

Dear Chris, Many thanks for the exhaustive information. I have still some questions: What is the difference between ISO and MISO version of TMDSCNCD28069? I'm having DRV8301-LS12-KIT. It contains DRV8301-HC-EVM rev D. Can I use it with TMDSCNCD28069ISO…
