Thanks for sharing your customers requirements. Unfortunately, a 30°C hysteresis setting is not configurable on most of our temperature switches. Usually we see 10°C or 20°C hysteresis is enough for most applications. I suggest revisiting this requirement…

Based on the negative set point, I would suggest looking into LM57 also and find a part with 5C hysteresis.
If the customer can live with 0C set point, TMP708/9 or TMP303 would be a lower cost option...
