Part Number: TMS320C5533 Dear All,
I am starting a new design for USB Audio Streaming.
Mainly, the requirement is mixing USB and Analog Audio IN and OUT depending on configuration.
And specificaly, the possibility to mix on an Audio output (usb or Analog…
Part Number: TMS320C5533
Hi team,
I'm considering TMS320C5533 for an upcoming project that will provide bidirectional stereo USB audio to I2S connectivity and require a robust USB audio solution. I have a couple questions:
Is there any demo code…
From the data sheet, DSP_LDOO pin is not supported as a power supply to the CPU Core (CVDD), does it means the DSP_LDOO pin of the device is internally disconnected? If it is not, can I use it as a indication to switch on/off the external power supplies…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320C5533 What is the typical and maximum overall
power consumption of the TMS320C5533 assuming it is running at 100MHz Clock
input. The data sheet indicates the CORE supply draw totaling 9mA. I would have assumed higher…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320C5533 Can you confirm the number of simultaneously active
communication buses on the TMS320C5533:
There are 4 I2S ports.
One of the I2S ports (set of pins) is shared with a SPI set of pins
(P11, P9, P5, N10…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320C5533 From datasheet SPRS737 - AUGUST 2011
From Table 3.15: DSP_LDO is not supported on
TMS320C5533 and C5532, so the DSP_LDOO pin must be left unconnected. DSP_LDO
can be enabled to provide a regulated 1.3V…
Hi,
We have USB to S/PDIF products in the link below if this is an option:
https://www.ti.com/audio-ic/converters/usb/products.html
I don't know which USB controller the customer used previously, TMS320C5533 can be a substitute for TUSB3200A as shown…
Hi user5643127,
This product TUSB3200A is no longer available and not longer supported.
It is replaced by TMS320C5533 – The device has SIMILAR FUNCTIONALITY but is not functionally equivalent to the compared device.
TI does not recommend using this…
Hi Yordan,
The customer is saying UAC2 does not require USB3. Can you look into this?
They are considering using an external part just to do UAC2 to I2S and save time. From a quick search www.ti.com/.../TMS320C5533 , can this be used for UAC2 to I2S…
