I have no trouble with release 7.4.23. The trouble comes with 7.4.24.

For most of our older devices 2012 or before we only specified Tcase and not Tj. Tj can be calculated based on Tcase and power consumption.
So no Tj for C5510A. Datasheet specifies max Tcase.
