    Thank you for answer. I knew to use Processor SDK RTOS. There is no platformlib, ibl, or example for tms320c6674. They are all for tms320c6678 and tmdsc6678. I want to have Processor SDK RTOS for tms320c6674. I want to know how much and where to fix it…

    Hello! You told nothing about FPGA used. Many of them have as 3.3, so 1.8 powered banks. I would check that possibility before applying level shifter.
